How to reach the hotel and other issues related to transportation and location?
From Seu De Urgell: take Carretera General 1, turn right for Avda. de Salou and after crossing over two roundabouts you will be on Avda. Tarragona, next to Mc Donald's, where the Zenit Diplomatic Hotel is located.
From France: on leaving France along the Carretera G. 2, arriving at Escaldes- Engordany, turn left at the roundabout and continue towards Ctra De l'Obac, and you will arrive straight at the Zenit Diplomatic Hotel (opposite the Andorra Gran Alamcén 2000).
What time is the check-in and check-out?
The check-in time is from 15:00 PM and the check-out time is until 12:00 PM.
Can I leave the room late?
Yes, club Zenit have the option of a late check out (14:00) provided on request and subject to availability of the hotel free of charge. Is it safe to book online?
Absolutely. All the payment process by credit / debit card is through a tele banking system payment 4B which makes the transaction very safe. MasterCard, Visa, 4B, 4B, MasterCard, and American Express 4B Maestro cards are accepted.

Our hotel is equipped with Wi-Fi system in all rooms. This system is free, both connection and consumption. You only have to ask at Reception a password.
Do you have cots in the hotel?
Yes, in our hotel have cots provided on request. It has a charge of € 5.
Is there a possibility of an extra bed in the room?
Yes, it has the possibility of an extra bed. Always on request. If it is for adult it is with a charge of € 30, if it is for a child under 12 it is charged with € 13. Check conditions at reception.
Could we have a double bed?
We have a number of rooms with double beds. Request it when making your reservation. Always subject to availability in Zenit Diplomatic, Andorra la Vella.
Are there parking spaces at the hotel?
Yes, we have our own car park at our hotel in Andorra la Vella. It has a price of 17 euros per day, VAT included.
Are there smoking rooms?
No, the Zenit Diplomatic hotel has no rooms for smokers.

The Zenit Diplomatic hotel offers breakfast and dinner service from Monday to Sunday. Saturdays with food service.
